I went to Shane as I felt continuous tightness in my upper back and shoulders and after years of stretching it was not improving. Shane taught me to integrate deep breathing and yogic exercises targeting the areas of tightness. He explicitly explained the exercises which made them very easy to follow and do. I’ve integrated these exercises into my daily routine and feel absolutely amazing. I have found a noticeable reduction in the tightness in my shoulders. I would recommend Shane to anyone who feels that breathwork might be of benefit to them as he is a calm and reassuring teacher who was easily able to target my specific area of need.
