Taking part in Shane’s meditation course was a joy. I had fallen out of love with meditation, and couldn’t seem to get back into it. This course was the perfect way to find my way back into a regular practice with ease. The approach is super simple, and the balance of theory and practice gave an overall understanding of the positive effects it can have on my life. I didn’t feel under any pressure to be the perfect meditator, because the approach allows you to explore and be curious, while finding the calm through meditation. Shane is open and honest, which opened up a real safe place amongst the group. He asks questions that makes you explore or understand each meditation experience. He also guides you into the meditations with a soothing and relaxing tone. I would highly recommend this course. Each session became a starred event in the diary.
