“The effortless meditation course provided a great introduction into implementing meditation more regularly into my routine. Shane provided knowledge, insight and feedback each week, which helped a lot with habit formation and also led to self-reflection about the practice. The use of powerpoints, images, and Shane’s own experience with effortless meditation really added a lot to starting this practice for me. Effortless meditation has become a stress-management tool for me, and helps me to feel more grounded during busier times, and this course was a great starting point.
