Having meditated for for some years I was interested in what new tools I could learn from Shane. The technique of Effortless Meditation was not something I had heard of before and from the first day Shane combined teaching us the technique, the theory behind it, and guiding us into our meditations. Shane created a wonderful open space where we felt comfortable to speak up about what we experienced during our meditations, the things we found difficult and what was holding us back. I really feel that I learned a lot during this week course and would highly recommend it to anyone who would like to learn more tools on how to quieten their mind while figuring out their triggers and how best to handle them.
